Returns:

  • Product Quality Issues: If you encounter any defects or issues with the quality of your DJI product, or if the item arrives damaged due to shipping, you are eligible for a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

  • Non-Returnable: We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference or change of mind. We encourage you to review product details carefully before making a purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your product. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Contact Email: djidroner2006@gmail.com

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

  3. Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Note: Returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories. Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

All costs incurred in the exchange of non-quality issues are borne by the buyer. If the returned product is inspected by our technicians and there is no problem, we will process a refund.
