Delivery and Shipping Process
We will do our best to ship your order within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If all items are in stock, the package will normally be shipped on the same day before 4 PM. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with the tracking details.
Our warehouses are located in the US (US West and US East warehouses), Germany, UK, and Asia. Our warehouse staff will automatically allocate warehouse shipments according to your address.
