Djidroner Care Refresh is a comprehensive protection plan for DJI drones and handheld photography equipment users, covering product damage and natural wear and tear caused by various reasons.
After successfully purchasing from our online store, Djidroner Care Refresh will be automatically activated and bound to your product, without additional operation, saving time and effort.
Warranty coverage:
Our warranty includes impact and drop, accidental water ingress, flight loss, and accidental wear and tear. The warranty fully covers these events.
Service content:
Replacement service
After contacting us, apply for this service online. After completing the process, you only need to pay the corresponding replacement fee to get a fully functional product.
The replacement product is a new product or a product with the same performance and reliability as a new product. The replacement fee and logistics fee are borne by the customer.
Official warranty:
During the validity period of the Djidroner Care Refresh you purchased, if the performance of the equipment guarantee parts fails due to non-human reasons, you can apply for the free repair service provided by the official.
Damage caused by human error or misoperation, exterior parts, vulnerable parts, etc. are not included in the free repair service and must be borne by the customer.
We also provide sales of damaged parts, repair tools, second-hand refurbished machines, extra batteries, and protective accessories to meet user needs in different scenarios.

About returns and exchanges:
If the product you received is not consistent with the ordered product, please contact us in time and we will solve your problem quickly. No additional costs will be incurred.
If you receive the product, due to personal preference, unfortunately, we cannot provide return and refund services because its value and shipping costs are too high.

Before traveling:
Understand flight restrictions
Confirm whether the aerial photography point belongs to a no-fly zone or a restricted-fly zone.
Confirm whether there will be temporary flight restrictions in scenic spots, parks, etc.
Check whether the app homepage prompts to update the flight safety database.
Check the product status.s
Confirm that the drone and remote control batteries are fully charged. Confirm that the batteries are not bulging, not leaking and that there are no abnormalities in the installation
Make sure that you have brought all the accessories required for shooting, such as SD cards
Before turning on the machine:
Check the environmental conditions
Confirm that the weather conditions are good, such as sufficient light, no strong winds, and no f.og
Stay away from crowded areas, such as gatherings
Stay away from tall and dense buildings
Stay away from electromagnetic interference sources, such as high-voltage wires and TV broadcast signal towers
Avoid taking off in locations with poor signals, such as indoors and balconies. Avoid taking off on the surface of moving objects, such as cars and ships
Avoid taking off in locations with a lot of sand and dust, such as beaches and construction sites
Avoid flying in extreme environments that exceed the altitude and temperature range allowed by the product

*DJI NEO does not support loss control return in Wi-Fi Direct or handheld takeoff mode.

After takeoff:
Keep hovering and make the final confirmation
Check whether there is any abnormal error in the upper left corner of the image transmission interface
Confirm that the satellite signal icon is white
Confirm that you hear the voice prompt "Return point refreshed"
Confirm that the remote control antenna is always facing the flight area
